**About The Role**: Providing a high quality administrative and support service, the Workforce Management Co-ordinator will support the ongoing implementation of a new time and attendance tool.

You will effectively manage the utilisation of the tool within a group of Homes to ensure effective roster management, validate how effectively the tool is being utilised and work closely with Homes, providing tailored support, to ensure they are self-sufficient.

You will ensure information is accurate and consistent across a number of different systems and the accurate and timely processing of HR information. You will communicate all findings in a timely manner and escalate complex queries and findings.

Developing strong working relationships with key stakeholders, you will promote a strong service delivery ethos by ensuring that all requests are handled accurately, any chases are completed within a timely manner and that the customer is kept informed of progress.

**About You**:
You will have a good general level of education including GCSE (or equivalent) Mathematics and English. A confident communicator, you will have excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills.

With previous administrative experience, including maintaining systems, in a busy people focussed environment, you will have excellent IT skills, concise and accurate record keeping skills and be able to interpret information and report back.

Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility and therefore it is important that you are able to recognise the signs which may indicate possible abuse, harm or neglect in its different forms and know what to do if there are any concerns. All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training appropriate to their role and to undertake additional training in associated areas. You also have the ability to seek appropriate advice and report concerns, including escalation if action is not taken.
