Job Overview:
The Darlington Borough Council is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join its team. As an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality HR advice to employees and managers, managing a varied workload, and maintaining knowledge of employment law and HR policy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and efficient HR advisory services
- Manage a diverse workload, including complex employee relations casework
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law and HR policy

Estimated Salary: £37,938 - £40,476 per annum (Band £30,001 to £40,000)
