The Head of Partner Sales and Strategy will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and expands our client base. This role requires a strong understanding of sales cycles, methodologies, and selling to small and large organizations.

About the Team

You will lead a team of sales representatives (currently 5 and expanding) to achieve and exceed sales targets. Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and building long-term relationships with our partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast sales and identify new opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B sales either in software, retail, real estate, recruitment, or other relevant industries, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of sales cycles, methodologies, and selling to small and large organizations.
  • £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
