We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead our Global Client Partners and drive strategic growth and renewals within our MarTech ecosystem.

This high-growth SaaS platform partners with global brands, leveraging cutting-edge advancements in computer vision, AI, and machine learning to empower CMOs to achieve marketing success.

The successful candidate will be accountable for the performance of their account management team and will be responsible for coaching, training, hiring, and developing their team to enhance upselling, retention, and expansion of existing client spending.

Key responsibilities will include managing a team of Global Client Partners, ensuring the successful execution of the Client Journey and value delivery to meet retention and expansion growth targets, hiring top talent, and developing strategies for coaching and motivating the AM team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in software licensing sales, familiarity with the MarTech landscape, and team leadership expertise. Experience selling data, insight, measurement, or analytic software solutions to brands is also essential.

As a seasoned sales leader, you will have over 5 years of experience leading enterprise sales teams and selling to media, marketing, or analytics teams within enterprise organizations. You will have a proven track record managing the SaaS sales cycle for existing customers and achieving team quota targets.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and adept individual with exceptional coaching and communication skills, able to engage effectively with C-suite executives. An MBA and start-up experience are advantageous.
