About the Job

We are seeking a Head of Sales Strategy to join our team at Bluerose Tech. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Sales Process: Establish and maintain effective sales processes to drive business growth.
  • Bid Management: Manage bid proposals and responses to ensure successful tendering.
  • Formal Tendering: Develop and submit formal tender responses to secure new business.
  • Sales Team Management: Lead and motivate sales teams to achieve sales targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Sales Strategy: Proven experience in developing and implementing sales strategies within the automotive technology sector.
  • Sales Process Knowledge: Good understanding of B2B and public sector sales processes including bid management and formal tendering.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate sales teams.
  • Communication: Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including health insurance, pension scheme, and professional development opportunities.
