Job Description:

Cognitive Group is seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to drive revenue growth and lead a high-performing sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of sales professionals to consistently achieve or exceed targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with a focus on high-quality lead qualification.
  • Work closely with Pre-sales, Delivery, and Marketing teams to enhance sales strategies and outcomes.
  • Provide precise sales forecasts and insightful reports to senior leadership.
  • Maintain up-to-date CRM records and leverage data insights to inform sales strategies.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and the professional development of team members.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Sales Director or senior sales leadership role, ideally in professional services
  • A strong track record of driving revenue growth and leading successful sales teams.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and coach a diverse team.
  • Expertise in building and managing sales pipelines and achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills, with proficiency in CRM tools.
  • Collaborative mindset and a passion for continuous team and process improvement.

Estimated Salary: £90,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
