We are seeking an accomplished Global Sales Director to lead our sales team in driving revenue growth and streamlining sales operations. The successful candidate will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for providing structure, leadership, and strategy to the team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in SaaS sales leadership, preferably in fast-growing companies and B2B SaaS. They should have a strong background in financial software solutions and a proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams and achieving revenue growth.

In this role, the candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and streamline sales operations.
  • Leading the sales team to achieve clear sales targets and KPIs.
  • Nurturing long-term partnerships with key clients.
  • Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of new account executives.
  • Aligning with marketing on lead generation efforts and integrating customer feedback into sales strategy.
  • Refining and streamlining the sales process, ensuring efficient CRM use and pipeline management.
