We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to join our team as a 2nd line level IT Support Desk Technician.

As a key member of the Service Delivery Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to external clients, resolving technical issues efficiently, and escalating complex problems to senior technicians when necessary.

This role requires a strong understanding of Microsoft technologies, including Office 365, Azure, Windows Server, and Active Directory. Experience with PC & Server hardware is also essential.

The annual salary for this position is up to £35k, depending on experience and accreditations. In addition to a competitive salary, you can expect:

  • 24 days' holiday per year, increasing with long-service.
  • Full-time employment in a modern office environment.
