Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled International BSC Administrator to join our team at Heidelberg Materials AG.

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing high volumes of transactions, providing timely and meaningful responses to customers and internal stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with all processes and controls.

The role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transaction Processing - Process high volumes of transactions within given focus areas, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Customer Service - Provide timely and meaningful responses to customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring their queries are professionally handled.
  • Compliance - Ensure all processes are run in accordance with given training and documentation, and that all controls are adhered to.
  • Issue Escalation - Escalate any issues or hurdles to line management immediately.
  • Continuous Improvement - Highlight areas of inefficiency or bottlenecks to line management and support CI implementation projects when requested.
Requirements
  • Fluent French language - Required for effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience within an office, administration, or P2P role - Essential for understanding business processes and procedures.
