Job Summary

The Heidelberg Materials International Business Service Centre (BSC) is seeking a highly skilled International BSC Administrator to join our team.

This role is responsible for providing administrative, transactional, and accounting services to in-scope Heidelberg Materials companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process high volumes of transactions within given focus areas, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, suppliers, and customers, responding to queries professionally and efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with all processes and controls, adhering to Service Level Agreements and working within 'right first time' parameters.
  • Educate line management on issues or hurdles, escalating them promptly.
  • Highlight areas of inefficiency or bottlenecks, supporting Continuous Improvement implementation projects when requested.
Financial & Non-Financial Accountabilities

Provide services to various Heidelberg Materials companies and geographies, consistently meeting personal processing targets.

Compliance

The role holder is expected to:

  • Comply with all aspects of the Heidelberg Materials Compliance Policy.
  • Ensure all business/operations are performed in accordance with instructions and procedures, preventing fraudulent activities.
  • Comply with the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 and observe the requirements of the Company Safety Policy and other relevant legislation.
  • Proactively manage health & safety of employees, continuously improving the company's health & safety performance.
  • Update all areas of knowledge as required to carry out the job with maximum effectiveness and attend training/development courses as and when required.
  • Comply with all aspects of the HR Policies and Procedures of the Company.
Education/Qualification
  • Fluent French language required.
  • Experience within an office, administration, or P2P role.
