We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Reservations Team as a Reservations and Guest Experience Coordinator at the Holiday Inn Bloomsbury Hotel in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating guest reservations, managing bookings, and ensuring seamless guest experiences.

About the Role:

This role requires a strong understanding of hospitality principles, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a hotel reservations environment and be able to work effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage bookings efficiently through various systems, including Expedia and Booking.com.
- Collaborate with the operations team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and current offers to provide informed responses to guest queries.

About You:

We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Previous experience in a hotel reception or reservations environment is essential, along with a good level of spoken and written English.
