Customer Complaint Resolution Specialist

Job Summary:
- We are seeking a Customer Complaint Resolution Specialist to join our team at DILIGENTA. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in financial services or complaint handling to resolve customer complaints and queries in a compassionate and caring manner, delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- The successful candidate will work with customers to resolve complaints and queries via phone, letter, or email, utilizing their investigatory skills and/or customer journey experience to resolve issues.
- The role involves delivering exceptional service, turning negative experiences into positive ones, and maintaining a strong customer service focus.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in financial services or complaint handling.
- Possession of passion for helping people and strong customer service focus.
- Good basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel) and computer competency.
Benefits:
- An estimated salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus 31 days holiday (including bank holidays), eligibility for a discretionary bonus, access to a contributory pension scheme, support for financial services qualifications, employee discount site with savings on food, holidays, electrical goods, and financial services, and excellent employee wellbeing and assistance support programmes.
- This full-time position offers 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm, with hybrid working arrangements available once fully trained and accredited.
