We are looking for a skilled Governance Specialist to support the formal Governance and oversight of the Services provided on behalf of M&G by material third party suppliers.

The role holder will support the delivery of these responsibilities through data, insight and engagement across M&G Life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate within the Third-Party policy standards framework for material third party suppliers by working with others to deliver within a collaborative environment.
  • Use multiple sources of insight, data, experience and journey performance to analyse the delivery of operational customer commitments against required standards within the appropriate risk profile.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts within M&G and the third-party suppliers to support them in understanding and fulfilling their roles and responsibilities for our customers.
  • Act as point of contact for matters relating to the Governance and oversight of third Party delivered Services.
  • Support the Oversight Relationship Manager to monitor the oversight of the business readiness of third-party suppliers to ensure the successful implementation of change with minimal customer/risk impact.
  • Maintain and enhance controls to support improvement of the overall control environment, customer outcomes and a reduction in Prudential UK's operational risk.

We require a strong understanding of M&G commercial obligations and those of their material third party providers in respect of the delivery of the Services and issue resolution.

Experience in creating and maintaining working relationships at varying levels across Financial Services and third-party suppliers is essential.
