Customer Service Resolution Specialist

SS&C Technologies Holdings, a global leader in financial services and software, is seeking a skilled Customer Service Resolution Specialist to join their team. This role involves investigating customer complaints, analyzing facts, and providing timely resolutions.
Responsibilities- Investigate and Resolve Complaints: Research and analyze complaint cases to provide accurate and concise written communications to customers.
- Partner with Internal and External Teams: Collaborate with internal and external partners to gather information and resolve complaints efficiently.
- Demonstrate Knowledge of Regulations: Familiarize yourself with FCA complaints rules (DISP) and industry requirements for handling and reporting complaints.
- Enhance Client Experience: Engage in quality feedback to improve client experiences and ensure prompt responses to requests for information.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Customer Focus: A strong ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues alike.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Proven problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities to overcome objections.
- Financial Services Experience: Prior experience in financial services or complaints handling is highly desirable.
- Proactive Approach: A proactive approach, friendly phone manner, and excellent eye for detail are essential.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases with competing priorities.
