Job Description

SS&C Technologies Holdings is a global provider of investment, financial services and software for the financial services and healthcare industries. As a Complaint Resolution Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by investigating and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints through thorough analysis of facts and related documentation
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to gather information and resolve issues
  • Produce clear and concise written communications to customers
  • Stay up-to-date with FCA complaints rules (DISP) and internal requirements for handling and reporting complaints
  • Actively engage with customers to improve their experience and gather feedback
  • Manage individual case load within agreed service levels

Requirements

  • Customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Experience in financial services and/or complaints handling
  • Pro-active approach with a friendly and empathetic phone manner
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Organized and able to manage competing priorities
