Job Title: Complaints Handler

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints through thorough analysis of facts and documentation
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to gather information and resolve complex issues
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of FCA complaints rules (DISP) and internal/industry requirements for handling and reporting complaints
  • Engage with customers to understand their concerns and provide personalized solutions
  • Collaborate with the team to improve client experiences through quality feedback and process enhancements
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in financial services and/or complaints handling
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service
