Job Description:
- The Complaints and Inquiries Manager will be responsible for managing customer complaints and queries via various channels, including phone, letter, or email, using their expert knowledge and analytical skills to resolve complex issues.
- The role requires a strong customer service focus, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills, to deliver exceptional results and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in financial services or complaint handling.
- Strong customer service focus and passion for helping people.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel) and computer competency.
