Pertemps is seeking an experienced Business Administrator to join their Installations and Equipment team in Stirling. The successful candidate will have a strong background in administration, with experience in coordinating schedules, equipment management, and service delivery.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. They will also be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, and have effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

The role involves:

  • Coordinating installation schedules and liaising with technicians and customers to ensure timely service;
  • Maintaining and updating records of equipment, installations, and service requests in the company database;
  • Processing work orders, invoices, and purchase orders accurately and promptly;
  • Responding to customer inquiries regarding installations and equipment, providing clear and professional communication;
  • Supporting inventory management by tracking equipment levels and coordinating orders;
  • Preparing reports related to installations, equipment performance, and team productivity;
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations;

Salary: £26,000 per annum.
