Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Data and Systems Specialist to join our HR Projects team in Stirling or remotely. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to projects and people system related activities, ensuring the smooth operation of our HR systems.
Your New Role
As an HR Data and Systems Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for resolution of escalated queries relating to the use of People First. You will manage the People First Service Desk, provide advice and guidance to Employees/People Leaders, participate in People First forums and training, respond to requests for bespoke Management Information, and ensure the automation of new starter processes between HR systems is working.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the People First Service Desk to ensure queries are actioned across the wider HR team
- Provide advice and guidance to Employees/People Leaders with complex queries and log any that require further action to be taken with the Service Provider
- Participate in People First forums and training, leading on these where required
- Respond to requests for bespoke Management Information within relevant timescales
- Ensure the automation of new starter processes between HR systems is working and manage any issues raised to point of resolution
- Support People First system enhancements and testing, complying with UK Data Protection regulations
- Maximise use of HR systems (including reporting) and ensure information being entered is accurate
- Ensure the security of employee information in accordance with legislation, best practice and Robertson ISO policies and procedures
- Cary out training and knowledge share within the wider HR team
- Support in developing and implementing new projects in line with the HR People Strategy
- Assist, create and/or update process documentation/workflows, SOPs and guidance to support business leaders and employees
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an administrator within a fast-paced HR team environment
- Familiarity with HR systems would be an advantage
- Proficient IT skills: Microsoft (Office 360) including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
- Experience in use of Excel, data analysis, reports, graphs
- Good communication and collaboration skills with the ability to build and establish relationships quickly

What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of around £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including 33 days annual leave, a great pension scheme, and valuable life assurance.
