About the Opportunity:

SitePoint Pty is seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Specialist to join their team on a temporary basis for 3 months. This role is critical in supporting the management and development of SitePoint's Best Value system, including software implementation, testing, and training.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, implement, and test new software applications; provide necessary technical support.
  • Carry out database administration tasks to ensure efficient data management.
  • Develop in-house programs using Visual Basic applications to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Provide advanced technical support for Microsoft Office.
Requirements:
  1. A degree in an IT-related field or equivalent experience in systems administration and technical support.
  2. Strong knowledge and experience in systems analysis and relational database design.
  3. Proficiency in Visual Basic or similar programming languages.
  4. Systems analysis and programming skills.
  5. Familiarity with query tools and database administration.
Essential Skills:
  • Technical expertise in software implementation, testing, and training.
  • Database administration and data management skills.
  • Visual Basic application development skills.
  • Advanced technical support skills for Microsoft Office.
Estimated Salary:

£44,511 per annum (approximate based on industry standards).
