Safety, knowledge, and initiative are essential for this role. As a Building Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for undertaking planned, reactive, and cyclical maintenance work either independently or under the supervision of the Facilities Manager/Team Leader or as an assistant to a maintenance tradesman.
The job requires ensuring all works have been recorded on completion in compliance with the contract conditions. You will also service and repair doors, windows, general building fabric, and plumbing systems.
In addition, you will undertake maintenance duties in such a manner as to support the objectives of the client. This includes ensuring the safe operation & storage of all plant, materials, equipment, and tools.
You will comply with regulations, COSHH, Control of Infection, Waste Disposal etc in accordance with legislative requirements and RFM policies and procedures.
The salary for this role is estimated at £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
