About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Online Assistant. As an Online Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive their online orders in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Picking and packing online orders with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, processing orders and responding to customer queries
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
  • Meeting productivity and quality standards to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

  • Nightshift premium - in addition to the advertised hourly rate, a further £2.45 nightshift premium is paid for every hour worked between midnight - 5am (where applicable)

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be at least 18 years of age and have a keen attention to detail. You will also need to be comfortable working with new technology and be physically able to lift and move shopping containers up to 15kg.
