About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Joseph Heler Cheese Ltd. as a Sales Executive. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our wider sales team to deliver a world-class customer experience for the brand.

The role will be based at our headquarters in Nantwich, Cheshire, and will involve working closely with our customers to understand their needs and develop effective solutions to meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with our customer base to understand their needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Support the Head of Retail and account manager in managing customer relationships and developing business opportunities.
  • Own and manage the end-to-end artwork process, both internally and with the end customer, to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Complete and issue customer new line forms and customer specs of portals, ensuring all necessary information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Own and complete all customer paperwork for new and existing products, including product check lists and customer forecasts.
  • Generate and manage product check lists, customer forecasts, and demand accuracy to ensure optimal business performance.
  • Set up new SKUs at 3PL and SI, ensuring seamless integration and accurate data management.
  • Manage NPD briefs with the Head of Retail and flavour development with innovation teams to drive business growth.
  • Support the Head of Retail in the day-to-day management of our customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
