Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and efficient customer service.
  • Respond to customer enquiries, providing product information and pricing details to support the sales process.
  • Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, following established guidelines and procedures.
  • Collaborate with various teams, such as inventory and logistics, to ensure timely delivery and exceptional service for customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and resolving any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Support sales representatives in generating new leads and opportunities, contributing to the growth of the business.
  • Update and maintain customer databases, keeping records organised and up to date.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar sales support or customer service role, with a proven track record of providing excellent support to a sales team.
