Job Summary:

Field Sales Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Retail Sales Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in grocery stores through building strong relationships with key decision makers and identifying new opportunities to increase brand presence and optimize sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in grocery stores
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers to gain greater visibility, display, and availability of our clients' brand portfolio
  • Identify new opportunities to increase brand presence and optimize sales
  • Use sales data to approach key decision makers to effectively engage and influence
  • Responsible for your own geographical area and the stores within it

Requirements:

  • Ambitious nature with the drive to achieve and exceed targets
  • Excellent at building relationships and negotiating
  • Self-motivation, with the ability to work autonomously, using your time effectively and planning efficiently
  • Passion for sales and a true advocate of our client's brand portfolio
  • Full clean UK driving license
