Field Sales Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Retail Sales Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in grocery stores through building strong relationships with key decision-makers and identifying new opportunities to increase brand presence and optimize sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in grocery stores
  • Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities to increase brand presence and optimize sales
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform sales strategies and optimize sales performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and business objectives
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in the grocery industry, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication
  • Passion for sales and a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
