Retail Sales Development Manager

Field Sales Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Retail Sales Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in grocery stores through building strong relationships with key decision makers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase brand visibility and availability in grocery stores.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers to drive sales growth.
- Use sales data to identify new opportunities and optimize sales performance.
- Responsible for your own geographical area and the stores within it.
Requirements:
- Ambitious nature with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivation with the ability to work autonomously.
- Passion for sales and a true advocate of our client's brand portfolio.
- Fully clean UK driving license.
