Drive Sales Growth in the UK Grocery Market

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Retail Sales Development Manager to join our team at Field Sales Solutions. This exciting opportunity will involve driving sales growth in grocery stores across the UK, building strong relationships with key decision makers, and identifying new opportunities to increase brand presence.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in grocery stores, focusing on building best-in-class relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Utilize sales data to approach key decision makers, effectively engaging and influencing them to secure optimal product visibility, display, and availability.
  • Identify new opportunities to increase brand presence and optimize sales within assigned territories.
  • Work autonomously, using time efficiently and planning effectively to achieve targets and objectives.

Requirements:

  • An ambitious nature with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently, utilizing time effectively and planning efficiently.
  • A passion for sales and a genuine advocate for our client's brand portfolio.
  • A full clean UK driving license.
