About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Executive to join our team at Joseph Heler Cheese Ltd. as a key member of our sales team. The successful candidate will work closely with our wider sales team to deliver a world-class customer experience for our brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong, trusting relationships with our customer base, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Support the Head of Retail and Account Manager in managing customer relationships, including the development of new business opportunities.
- Manage the end-to-end artwork process, both internally and with the end customer, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Complete and issue customer new line forms, and submit all customer specs of portals, requiring retailer training.
- Own and complete all customer paperwork for new and existing products, including generation and management of product checklists.
- Support the Head of Retail in the day-to-day management of our customers, including customer forecasts and demand accuracy.
- Set up new SKUs at 3PL and SI, and manage NPD briefs with the Head of Retail and flavour development with innovation teams.
Requirements
- A strong team player, able to adapt in a fast-paced environment and roll up their sleeves when needed.
- A self-starter, highly motivated with an eye for opportunities and a good problem solver.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

- Microsoft skills, including competence in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
What We Offer
- A flexible start date, with the opportunity to join our team as soon as possible.
- Weekly working hours of 42, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM.
