We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Shop Manager to join our team in Nantwich. You will work closely with the Shop Manager to recruit, support and develop a strong community-focused shop team, empowering them to increase sales and control costs. Representing Shelter in your local community, you will share your knowledge of Shelter's cause with customers, volunteers, donors and potential Shelter clients.
