Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Joseph Heler Cheese Ltd. in Nantwich, Cheshire. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in delivering a world-class customer experience for our brand, working closely with our wider sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to identify business opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to stay up-to-date on new products and services, and to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Reliable transportation, with occasional visits to our packing facility in North Wales.
