On behalf of our client, Acorn By Synergie are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager with a passion for technology and a proven track record in selling hardware solutions. As a key member of their sales team, you will play a pivotal role in expanding thier market presence and driving revenue growth. Your primary focus will be on identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and strategically positioning their range of technology solutions in the market.

Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Proactively identify and target potential clients and markets for the sale of their products.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
  • Analyse market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to formulate effective sales strategies.
  • Confident BDM activities including calls, emails, face to face meetings, LinkedIn, Networking events, Trade Shows.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in client organisations.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale to maximise revenue while maintaining a win-win approach.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, timely delivery, and customer support.

Networking and Industry Engagement:

  • Attend relevant industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build a strong network of contacts and stay updated on industry developments.
  • Represent the company as a knowledgeable and enthusiastic ambassador of their products.

Experience:

  • Proven track record of success in business development.
  • Strong understanding of technology product offerings.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
