About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development and Marketing Executive to join our team at The Selection Partnership Ltd. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing new opportunities across the UK and Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to generate new leads and business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to identify sales opportunities and grow the business
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of sales and marketing activities
  • Manage and maintain the CRM system to track sales and marketing activities and performance
  • Provide regular sales and marketing reports to the management team to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development and marketing, with a strong track record of driving sales growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation tools
