Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Internal Sales Support Specialist to join our team at Adecco. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales process and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and efficient customer service.
  • Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, following established guidelines and procedures.
  • Collaborate with various teams, such as inventory and logistics, to ensure timely delivery and exceptional service for customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and resolving any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Support sales representatives in generating new leads and opportunities, contributing to the growth of the business.
  • Update and maintain customer databases, keeping records organized and up to date.
  • Assist with market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and developments.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar sales support or customer service role, with a proven track record of providing excellent support to a sales team.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a confident and friendly phone manner.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software, with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and tools.
  • A positive and proactive mindset, with the ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
