Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
  • Assist with the coordination of meetings and events, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing materials.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our patients and service users, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
