About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading electricals retail organisation as an Administrator. As a key member of the finance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the company's administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the finance team, including downloading and printing payment reports, recording discrepancies in reconciliations, and preparing cash and cheques for banking.
  • Maintain the daily journal sheet and ensure all sales ledger payments are updated on the system.
  • Assist with credit control and develop effective working relationships with other staff members.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
