Job Title: Administrator

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the project and Project Manager, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Perform general clerical work, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Manage diaries and arrange meetings, ensuring effective communication and coordination across the project.
  • Order IT equipment and software, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Utilize Microsoft suite to create documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and project updates.
  • Develop strong communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Attend meetings and contribute to project discussions, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in administration, preferably in an office environment.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as a degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Experience in the nuclear industry is an advantage, but not required.
  • Task-driven and focused, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
  • Adaptable and flexible, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
