About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Walsingham Support. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and other complex needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred support to individuals, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement tailored care plans, ensuring the unique needs of each individual are met.
- Provide emotional support, social interaction, and assistance with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and housekeeping.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting open communication and respect for all individuals.
