Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Minimum GCSE grade C or 4/5 in Maths, English, and a Computing related subject, together with an NVQ Minimum Level 3 or equivalent in Business Administration.
- Knowledge and experience of working with Microsoft Office packages such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- An understanding of good customer service principles.
- A willingness to learn and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- An eye for detail when recording information in databases.
