We are seeking a confident, compassionate, and empathetic individual who can work well under pressure. You will need to be able to quickly assess situations, provide emotional support, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
You will also require strong IT skills, including proficiency in case management systems, phone and online systems, email, and Microsoft Office programs.
