About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Professional to join our Operations team in Thatcham, Berkshire. This is a full-time role based in our head office.

As an Administrative Support Professional, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment for all employees. Your responsibilities will include managing general office operations, coordinating with suppliers, preparing meeting rooms, maintaining office supplies and equipment, and creating and filing office documentation.

This role requires strong organizational and multitasking skills, with an eye for detail. You should be familiar with office software, including the MS Office Suite, and have basic knowledge of IT systems and troubleshooting methods.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in office administration, HR support, or IT administration. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be working closely with colleagues and management.

The interview process will involve a screening call and a face-to-face interview with our hiring team.

**Salary:** £20,000 - £23,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
