Personal Assistant Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to support our Regional Operations Director.

This role requires establishing and maintaining efficient office systems, providing administrative support, and ensuring the smooth operation of the regional team.

  • Establish and maintain office systems to ensure efficient administration
  • Show initiative in the absence of the Regional Operations Director to identify and address urgent matters
  • Organise meetings, book venues, and prepare agendas as required
  • Maintain regional team HR files, ensuring compliance with Right To Work / ID and DBS checks
  • Process and manage PPD applications from approval to completion
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Significant administration experience at executive and senior management level (Board experience is an advantage)
  • 4 GCSEs at grade C or above (including English and Mathematics) or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt writing style according to audience
  • Computer literacy
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from £55,000 to £65,000 per annum. Additionally, we provide:
