Office Administrator Assistant

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Office Administrator to join our Operations team in the UK.
Job DescriptionAs our Office Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment for all employees. This is a full-time position based in our head office in Thatcham, Berkshire, UK.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome clients and visitors to our office, providing exceptional customer service
- Manage general office operations, including scheduling maintenance, coordinating with suppliers, and maintaining a clean and organised workspace
- Prepare meeting rooms and ensure they remain clean and tidy at all times
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ordering and managing inventory as needed
- Create, maintain, and file office documentation to a high standard
- Plan and coordinate social events
- Arrange travel and accommodation as required
- Support HR in recruitment activities, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews
- Provide basic IT support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Coordinate with the IT Support provider for complex technical support
- Ensure office technology, including phones, computers, and printers, remains in good working condition
- Perform any other administrative or office-based duties as required by management
