We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Office Administrator to join our Operations team in the UK.

Job Description

As our Office Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment for all employees. This is a full-time position based in our head office in Thatcham, Berkshire, UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome clients and visitors to our office, providing exceptional customer service
  • Manage general office operations, including scheduling maintenance, coordinating with suppliers, and maintaining a clean and organised workspace
  • Prepare meeting rooms and ensure they remain clean and tidy at all times
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, ordering and managing inventory as needed
  • Create, maintain, and file office documentation to a high standard
  • Plan and coordinate social events
  • Arrange travel and accommodation as required
  • Support HR in recruitment activities, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews
  • Provide basic IT support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Coordinate with the IT Support provider for complex technical support
  • Ensure office technology, including phones, computers, and printers, remains in good working condition
  • Perform any other administrative or office-based duties as required by management
