Key Responsibilities

The Office Administrator/Assistant will be responsible for answering calls, greeting visitors, and providing exceptional customer service. They will also maintain a clean and organised workspace, coordinate office maintenance and supplier interactions, and prepare meeting rooms.

In addition, the successful candidate will manage office supplies and equipment, place orders, and manage inventory. They will create, maintain, and file office documentation to a high standard and assist in planning and preparing for social events.

The estimated salary range for this position is £24,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
