About the Role:
">As an Administrative Operations Coordinator at Support Revolution, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities. Your responsibilities will include managing office operations, coordinating with suppliers, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
This full-time role is based in Thatcham, Berkshire, UK, and offers a competitive salary of £20,000 to £23,000 per annum.
You will be responsible for preparing meeting rooms, maintaining office supplies and equipment, creating and filing documentation, and supporting HR in recruitment activities. Additionally, you will act as the first point of contact for basic IT support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
To excel in this role, you should possess strong organizational and multitasking skills, with an eye for detail. Familiarity with office software (MS Office Suite) and HRIS or ATS software is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential.
