Supporting Our Team

We are looking for a highly organized and efficient Personal Assistant to join our Regional Operations team. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our office systems.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain efficient office systems, including administrative services and HR compliance.
  • Provide high-level secretarial support to the Regional Operations Director, including organizing meetings and managing regional team files.
  • Process and manage Personal Professional Development applications from approval to completion.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Significant experience in administration, preferably at executive and senior management level.
  • GCSEs at grade C or above (including English and Mathematics) or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Estimated salary: £32,000 - £35,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards.
