Job Summary:
The Dedicated Customer Service Coordinator will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and candidates, coordinating work orders, booking travel arrangements, and ensuring seamless communication throughout the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the department, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
- Work Order Coordination: Coordinate work orders with contractors, ensuring timely completion of tasks and excellent customer service.
- Travel Arrangements: Book travel arrangements and accommodation for clients and candidates, ensuring convenient and cost-effective solutions.
- Candidate Management: Manage candidate interactions, including communication, scheduling, and interview coordination.
- Communication: Ensure clear and effective communication with clients, candidates, and internal teams, using Microsoft Office and in-house systems to facilitate smooth interactions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn in-house systems quickly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £24,000 per annum, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth within the company.
