Office Administrator Role

Support Revolution is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our Operations team in Thatcham, Berkshire.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in office administration, HR support, or IT administration. Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with an eye for detail, are essential for success in this role.
We offer a competitive salary of £20,000 - £23,000, plus benefits including 25 days holiday (rising to 30 days with length of service), plus bank holidays, plus your birthday off on us. You'll also enjoy access to discounts and cashback with hundreds of retailers through Perkbox membership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage general office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment
- Prepare meeting rooms and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Create, maintain and file all office documentation to a high standard
- Social event planning and preparation
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements where necessary
- Support HR in recruitment activities
- Act as the first point of contact for basic IT support
- Coordinate with the IT Support provider for complex technical support
About the Role:
This is a full-time position based in our head office in Thatcham, Berkshire, UK. We're looking for someone who can work independently, handle sensitive information with confidentiality, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
