About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for procuring vehicles on time to support production, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely deliveries.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Procuring vehicles on time to support production and ensuring timely deliveries from suppliers
  • Coordinating with suppliers to ensure efficient logistics and delivery schedules
  • Managing sub-contractors and negotiating costs
  • Processing purchase orders and maintaining accurate records
  • Ensuring vehicles are inspected and logged correctly, handling any discrepancies and assisting with vehicle condition reports

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need experience with Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and SAGE 200. You must also be commutable to Thatcham.

A competitive salary range of £25,000 to £27,000, plus progression opportunities, a Monday-to-Friday working schedule, and sick pay.
