Global Partnership Growth Executive

The Global Partnership Growth Executive will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and on-boarding new partners to expand the network and drive growth. Key responsibilities include:
- Proactively identifying and approaching potential partners that match the ideal profile(s) with the aim of securing high-value partnerships.
- Cultivating strong relationships with prospective partners through effective communication and collaboration.
- Understanding their needs, challenges, and goals to tailor partnership proposals accordingly.
- Developing and executing strategic plans to engage potential partners using various channels such as email outreach, networking events, conferences, and social media platforms.
- Onboarding new partners, which may include helping with integration setup and training.
- Providing ongoing support and resources to ensure a smooth transition and successful partnership launch.
- Monitoring and analyzing partnership performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for optimization.
